Jen the receptionist was fabulous, kind and knowledgeable.
For as busy as they are, they have not forgotten about how to give great service and have a friendly staff.
Could not recommend enough. Fast & friendly service, utmost professionalism & experienced technicians.
Unsatisfied, disappointed and reported to insurance company. Screws NOT replaced, non matching parts installed on car. They replaced lights on passenger side, cover left sitting in place and NOT locked in, literally loose sitting on on its housing. Boils in paint job, their snow brush belonging to them in back seat. Other issues, not significant, however concerning. Wrong parts ordered which delated process. Communication issues between insurance company, business and client.
