Items were missing when I got my truck back I’m out about 500.00 All the Merchendise was nes and I purchased a plastic holding box to keep my stuff in so that didn’t work They have a thief or thieves working there,I was in the automotive trade for over 20 years I was disgusted when I got my truck back If they wanted my stuff all they had to do was ask for it I will find out wher my goods went and who took them 👍
Really unimpressed with unclear communication. Requested help to get my license plate from vehicle deemed total loss. Did it myself after waiting and no one coming. Car parked in a snow bank ans completed covered. Called and asked me to get in quickly to getcar towedfrom lot. i did my part, them not so much. Pretty underwhelmed at entire experience.
After an unfortunate turn of events, I learned I needed to replace the rear windshield of my vehicle. After making a couple calls to get quotes Carstar/Uniglass at the time was the only of the two to both give me a quote and order the product which I did and took 5 days to arrive. Two days prior to getting the windshield installed, the second option glass business contacted me and would eventually provide me a quote for $100 less than Carstar.
