I just want to say thank you!!! I repaired my car here after vandalism. The stuff did a really good job. I didn't have any problem. I brought the car, took the rental one, and picked up my repaired, cleaned one. I highly recommend this service!!!!
Came to Carstar via insurance claim. Whole process was quick from start to finish. They took the time to review the car and explain what was to be done. When I came to pick it up the car looked new, and beyond my expectation they also had cleaned the interior. Top notch team here would recommend.
Long story short: Staff are professional, communicative, understanding, efficient, and dedicated. Would highly recommend their services. Would give more stars if I could. Long story: Brand new truck was brought in on November 12, 2024, with extensive damage to the front passenger side and along the cab of the vehicle. To my untrained eyes, it was a write off. Had a strong experience with CARSTAR Sutton! They were very agile to get my vehicle quickly estimated after an accident and into repairs fast. Greatly appreciated the after hours push to get the car repairs completed by a certain date. It was also a very nice touch having the vehicle dropped off at my home once repairs were completed on a Friday evening. Thanks Thaya and team!
Plus Needed repair to my hatch/gate on my 2015 Kia Rio.Met with Shan and provided options that were available.He was very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with.Upon pick up after the repair I would rate the workmanship a 10+....The paint was a perfect match and looks brand new.Thank-you for a great job and my go to place if ever need be.Plus the cleanliness of my vehicle was an added bonus.Thanks guys
