Great work, great communication, went the extra mile to take my car to my workplace cause I work 12 hour shifts.
Erica was wonderful!!! Everyone in the front office. But Kevin went above and beyond. Helping me jump my car and get it to safely to wait for a tow truck. Saw me having a mini meltdown. And bought me a cold Gatorade. He totally didn’t have to do that, and I’m forever grateful to him and CARSTAR. Hopefully I don’t need to bring my vehicle in again, but if I do, without question it’s coming in and I’ve been recommending to my friends and family!! 5 million stars!!! Thank you!!!
Erica provided awesome service and great communication while my vehicle was being serviced. Everything was handled professionally from communication with my insurance and rental company.
