Took my SUV in to have the door repaired. Was welcomed with smiles and Mark. He was absolutely fantastic. Step by step he explained what they would the Car Star team would be doing to my vehicle in a language that I totally understood. I was never rushed and Mark made sure I understood everything from beginning to end. They also explained everything about my rental SUV as well.
