Mark and Paige are the best! Always accommodating!
Had a very good experience. The shipping of my car part took very long but they ensured that they gave me updates. I'm very impressed with the manager/supervisor(not too sure) at CARSTAR he truly cares about his customers and that's good service. He also had someone deliver my car to Charlottetown all the way from Summerside when I couldn't make it to pick it up. The car was also fixed as good as new couldn't even tell, very clean work. I highly recommend.
Just picked up my vehicle today and that rounded off the most impressive experience I have had in my 83 years. I can’t speak highly enough of Mark and his level of commitment to customer service and his knowledge of the entire process of body repairs. The repair looks excellent and was done faster than I had expected. It's so nice nowadays to find attentive and helpful staff, such as Mark and Paige. All told, I would definitely use Summerside Carstar again and would recommend them highly.
I had the best experience here. Their staff was very accommodating and very helpful. They have the best team there to take care of your car. Mark Vargas was very helpful and will really give you a helping hand, enough to give you assurance that your car will be ok. True enough, my car was back in my garage looking like new. My car was taken cared of, and got it back in no time.
