From the beginning the manager and the scheduler at carstar in Stillwater was gracious helpful and more than went out of his way to accommodate me. That was at her first meeting. I was holding off dropping off my car because I needed it before a major back surgery that I had to have done. I had to cancel dropping off my vehicle twice within 6 weeks. Carstar repaired more dings than originally quoted and the final price was less than quoted. Steve was a great contact at Carstar and when I left, I discovered my truck was as clean as when it left the dealer new, 4 years ago.
