I met them by "accident". awesome establishment. Quick service. Highly recommend.
Horrible experience from start to finish (which took 7 months) with nothing but delay and problems, all that to fix the rear panel of my car. I would have never have gotten my car fixed here but St Paul is a small place with not a lot of options
The team at Carstar in St. Paul truly takes the stress out of an auto body claim. From setting up rental cars to handling auto detailing and repairing fender benders, the process has been seamless from start to finish. Their professionalism, quality of repair, and attention to detail are exceptional. The owners clearly put a lot of heart into their work, and it shows—they are an absolute pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend!
Worst place to take your vehicle! Was given nothing but a hard time! Act like they don’t have the time of day to deal with you. My vehicle fills itself with dust the first back road I drive down. I can clean it and it’s full of dust again. Wasn’t fixed right after I had gotten rear ended. Never had that issue before the incident. You can see the dust rolling in. Can’t even breathe in there. Not right. Would not recommend!!!
Great customer service, they finished repair my car in good time and cleaned it. Would use them again!
