Usually don’t write reviews, but wanted to share this for others sake. I DON’T RECOMMEND this place to anyone. The lady who is sitting was rude and in a hurry always. This is the first place in St. John’s I got this kind of bad customer service. She speaks so fast, and she is acting like she wants us to leave the place as soon as possible. This was a seemingly minor fender bender. But a part was required and apparently had to be ordered twice (the first arrived broken according to staff). I called back after about two months had elapsed and booked a date and was told it would be about a week. I checked a week later and it was not ready, necessitating a call to the insurance company to extend my rental vehicle. On the 10 th day it was finally ready. The timeline was not at all transparent.
