Car was in the shop for roughly two months due to a hit and run. Figured I wouldn't need anything out of it, and since it wasn't going anywhere anytime soon, I only cleaned the necessities out of it. That being said, I knew what I left behind, and sitting on my wireless charging dock under my dash were two packs of pokemon cards. One of with containing a card well over $100 if graded well. Where do I even start ... we had our rear hatch replaced by carstar over a year ago and who ever detailed our suv after scratched it from one end to the other multiple times the manager refused to take any type of ownership so I had to call head office to resolve the issue ... 20 mins after I get a call there going to fix the paint, while waiting for an appointment we had damage done to our side view mirror with the camera so we asked if we could get both done at same time and we were told that's no problem need to order a n... read more
DO NOT bring your vehicle here for any kind of repair! They will not fix it properly and all of your paint will bubble and start to crack and then when it does they will deny to fix their work my car hasn’t been the same since these scam artists so called fixed it! And also all of the good reviews seem like they literally work for the place because everyone I talked to that brought their vechicle here had a bad experience!
I don’t usually write reviews, but have to say I highly recommend Carstar St.johns. My almost New Vehicle went from seemingly Destroyed with A lot of Damage, back to looking Brand New again. I cannot believe it. I can’t tell it was ever in an accident. So Happy. Great friendly service and a Perfect Repair. Thanks again.
