Pénible à quelle point il n'écoute pas les besoins de leurs clients et s'entête à ne pas comprendre une demande simple et précise. L'incompétence à son meilleur j'ai demandé une simple estimation écrite au moin à 10 reprises mais ça semble trop compliqué pour eux à faire. Je leurs à dix un autre 10 fois que j'étais prêt à payer pour avoir une copie de l'estimation la journée même, mais encore ça semblait trop compliqué à comprendre ou à faire même après qu'on m'a dit que ça être envoyé.
