Absolutely the worst business we have ever dealt with. Purchased a brand new 2020 Wrangler from Southbank in November 2019 and 4 years later we are still waiting on Southbank and CARSTAR Southbank to properly complete paint repairs covered under the FCA warranty. Excuse after excuse given by Guy Parker, Dan O’Neil, Madeleine O’Neal, Brent Rodgers and Sean Russet, stating that the delays and poor workmanship are due to their incompetent staff at their CARSTAR, yet they have done nothing to address the issue. We took our car in for a shattered back window, and received outstanding service from Joey. He even had the car completely cleaned inside and out, and delivered it to us. We would not hesitate to recommend this location.
Excellent service as usual. My bud, Dan O'Neil, provided prompt and professional service. Got my Journey SUV tuned-up, replaced the thormostat as it was tripping the engine light, and induction service. I have no problem recommending Southbank Dogde Chrysler service whatsover.
Our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee recently got rear ended and we brought it to Carstar, SouthBank Dodge, Ottawa. We were assisted by Joey Murphy and we couldn’t be happier. Joey was knowledgeable, super professional and very friendly. Not only was the work done ahead of schedule , but it was immaculately done! We highly recommend this body shop and particularly Joey Murphy! Lydia and Remy.
