I'm incredibly disappointed with the service I've received from Carstar Simcoe. I visited the shop over ten days ago to get a quote for a repair on my truck, and I am still waiting. After making three phone calls to follow up, I feel completely ignored. Communication has been nonexistent. If it takes this long just to get a simple quote, I can't imagine how slow and poor the actual repair service would be. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
Lady at front who answers the call is rude doesn’t know how to talk with respect!!!
Absolute professionalism. Willing to swap put my tires for me, even after my car was deemed a write off. And exceptional customer service!
