Had a really great experience with this shop. The team was professional, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired properly. They dealt directly with insurance and made the whole process easy for me. You can tell they care about doing things right. Highly recommend.
Had work here done a while back when my car was hit while parked through insurance. Once work on the doors was completed, I noticed a new dent on the roof which was an area that didn’t need repair. Once mentioning it to car star they tried to accuse us of trying to get free work rather than fix the mistake. We asked them to review the before photos of the car to prove the dent was not there prior, then received a call that they’d fix the roof. Top notch customer service from office crew to mechanics. This is the best place knowledgeable and trust worthy place to bring your accident vehicle and in return it sounds n looks like it's brand new vehicle again.
My car almost looks like new ! excellent work with attention to details.....cleaned inside and out ! Helpful staff . Work completed with in a very reasonable time line and under warranty. Would definitely reccomend this autobody shop !
