I was in a fender bender where I was hit from behind. My insurance company directed me to CarStar SSM to do the repair and I’m very happy with the outcome. The staff here advocated for me with my insurance company to have the necessary work done. They made the transition from dropping off my car and picking up the rental totally seamless. Car Star was quick and efficient with getting my car fixed. Both Rob and Nick were excellent to deal with and led me through the whole process. When the time came to fix my car it was well communicated and quick! I would highly recommend and would go back!
Worst place ever to fix cars. Hit a moose a while back took them 2.5 months to fix for a so called 20 day fix due to a "back order" didn't put it together right then got it looked at by someone else they said in quotes " I don't know who put his car back together they must of been new, because it wasnt put together properly and frames bent and should of been written off" would never recommend this place to anyone ever.
