8 weeks after we went there I called back to see what the holdup was and they had not ordered the parts and were closing the doors. They did not call us.
Told I would get my car fixed in about 10 weeks back in March. Now I'm told MAYBE in October. Over half a year to get .y car fixed this is ridiculous
I was in an accident and I was given this as an option for a repair shop. I was a tow truck driver in London and dealt with the London locations many times in the past. Since the work I had seen from the London locations was absolutely amazing, I decided I would go here. This was the worst experience I have had when dealing with a body shop.
