I’m quite disappointed with the customer service and communication I experienced at CARSTAR Saint John. At the end of June, the front grille of my Mazda3 100th Anniversary Edition was damaged when a bird hit my car on the highway. In early July, I went to CARSTAR Saint John to get an estimate for the repair. After CARSTAR communicated with my insurance company, TD, the estimated repair cost turned out to be less than my $500 insurance deductible. I have been dealing with this location for several weeks now regarding repairs from a fender bender that went through insurance. Since my BMW was hit (which is not an inexpensive vehicle), sensors were triggered and warning messages appeared on the dash. My biggest concern was making sure everything was properly addressed, as these vehicles rely heavily on complex electronic systems. This shop is criminal. Horrible quality, horrible customer service, horrible everything. These people destroyed my beautiful car. I'm extremely disappointed.
