Absolutely the worse repair shop in Saint John. They fixed my car four months ago and now the paint is literally peeling off!
I had a great experience with car star. They were very busy, but they got me in and had everything finished a week before they said they would. Their customer service was amazing. The girls behind the desk are so friendly and they made a bad situation much better. They stayed in contact with me and over delivered in every way
Repaired our Subaru after we hit a dear. Car was returned to us detailed with repairs done for what I thought was a pretty reasonable price considering the damage. Special shout out to Krystal Henry, she was a pleasure to talk to and seemed happy to be at work! She was professional and gave us all the information about the repairs while also fitting us into a pretty tight deadline at the end. Was a refreshing customer service experience.
50th review...oh how they would love for it to be positive... Unfortunately, not even close. Poor communication, horrendous quality, my overall experience was borderline criminal to be honest. Need your car repaired, DO NOT GO HERE. Michael M should be ashamed to have his name attached to this location.
Worst auto body shop on...the planet? Careless, unprofessional, rude. I regret taking my vehicle to these monsters.
