This pertains to Manassas location (9114 Owens Drive). First, it seems like company handles clients that do not look like them differently seeming staff is of a particular race. Treating customers based on race, gender, age etc is illegal & a form of discrimination. I was fully dissatisfied w/verbal comments/service in terms of full repair as stated & written & not following through as communicated & reneging on areas of vehicle that would be repaired.
