I had a very disappointing experience at CARSTAR Manassas Collision Center. The older man working at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. His communication was poor, and he spoke in a disrespectful manner. Customer service is very important, especially when people are already stressed about their vehicles, and this place completely failed in that area.
