Took a bit to get car back on track, thus far good, happy with out come. Julia takes the prize for excellent front line coordinator for Carstar, informative and just a beautiful person, smiles really gives one a sense of it's going to be okay.
CARSTAR Manassas was amazing. I don’t have one bad thing to say about them. They were courteous, efficient, got my vehicle back to me very quickly with very good quality workmanship. Julia was amazing. She handled all the insurance stuff as well as the rental stuff. The experience was literally hassle free. My vehicle was returned to me 100% back to the way it was before needing their service. I HIGHLY recommend them for your repairs if you’re ever in need! Thanks again carstar folks!!!!
