Top notch service from beginning to end. Had been rear ended and sent my car here by referral. I had used CarStar a long time ago, but don't remember this kind of service. They kept me updated throughout the process. The day I picked up my car, the lady at the front desk was very kind. They took my car back in after we couldn't get the back door to open (realized it was only the button in front was turned off). My car was totaled (sad) but I had a great experience with Carstar. The receptionist was polite and helpful, and my adjuster was quick and professional. They made everything fast and painless and answered all my questions before I even asked them. I almost went to another place that the insurance suggested which had abysmal reviews (I won’t name names), and I’m so glad I switched to Carstar last minute! (Actually I will. It was Van Collision).
