I had a wonderful experience with CarStar in Riverside! They were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! They kept me up-to-date on everything that they did! I would highly recommend them to anybody!
We had a repair done to passenger side of our F-150 and to be honest we thought it would take longer than it did to get it back but we were wrong, they had it done in a few days. Tried to get my van fixed here. They were claiming a previous accident hadn't been repaired right and refused to quote me something to fix it. They didn't want to fix it. I took it elsewhere. Very disappointed. Tried real hard to get them to do it as they did a good job as autonomy on the run years earlier.
Very helpful in getting my car there after the accident and for the help with getting my items even though it was totaled. It was very much appreciated
