Great service and very timely
Claim managers suck. Zero communication. Just know if you bring your car here, you are NOT the customer. The insurance company is. Only reason I give it two stars is that the people actually doing the work to the car did a good job. But if you want your car to take three weeks to replace a windshield and fix a dent with someone always telling you, “It’ll be done tomorrow” then to go an additional week before you pick it up just to find it’s not complete yet and you have to bring it back in, then go ahead. -also- Already sent... read more
A deer ran into the side of my 2022 Mazda CX-50. I don't even have 10,000 miles on it. I chose Carstar because they were close and using my insurance to pay for it I would get a life time warranty. I just got it back a day ago and haven't had a chance to give it a real close look over until I can wash it this week. My car was there for over a month due to waiting for parts and Mazda sending the wrong parts. Other than the long wait which wasn't their fault, the entire experience was outstanding.
