Such a pleasure to work with a company that cares about its customers and provides quality work. Everyone is very professional, responsive and does quality work. I love the consistent and ongoing communication throughout the whole process. I would 100% recommend Carstar Quality Auto Body!
Carisma had amazing energy, was quick to act, and very friendly. The only thing I disliked was the lack of transparency regarding the repair timeline, which kept getting extended.
Lovely staff!! I went with a nail in my tire after visiting three mechanics nearby who said they were open online, but ended up being closed in person. The receptionist was incredibly sweet and very fun to talk to. The mechanic working on my car went above and beyond to find the puncture in my tire, as the nail has already fallen out.
Absolutely the best! I don't typically write a review unless I'm really impressed. This was my first experience with this place and I gotta say, it was amazing. Incredible service, super friendly staff, great quality work, fast and very competitive! I recommend this place to anyone that needs some body work done!
It was okay long told me car fine Fri no then Monday no Tue late on day picked up wed.
