UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!! NOT CARSTAR. The new owners fixed my car in no time and gave it back clean and in a profesional matter. I only went to this location because my insurance made me. I pleaded with them to send me anywhere else after I received multiple bad reviews from friends and neighbors but was told I had no choice. The old owners where a nightmare. STAY AWAY!!! Absolute joke of a business. Never had such a bad experience with a body shop, or any store for that matter. Went to have my tailgate replaced after someone hit me. Seems simple, right? This place managed to take over 4 months after collecting the money. The nightmare of dealing with Lisa, constantly lying, and canceling appointments was extremely frustrating.
