Replacement of front passenger bumper parts.
Jaelinn and the rest of the Car star staff or excellent! The back panel of my 2024 RAV4, was backed into and needed to be replaced. They were very courteous and pleasant to work. The car looks excellent and they were able to do it in two days! I highly recommend Car star in Port Orchard!
CARSTAR did a fabulous job on the repair of my car. It looks flawless and the paint was a perfect match. I would highly recommend them on any body or paint repair… they were great. Plus the office, especially Jaelyn was fantastic on staying in touch with me on every step. And in the end my car looks good as new!!!
They used to be great but something has changed i went in for a two quotes and they said they would have it the next day a week letter i called and they said sorry they hadn’t got to it give them a day. well i still never received a quote or call after that which is to bad they have repaired 3 cars for me in the past but won’t get a chance again if they can’t even make a quote. I don’t know if the ownership changed but the owner used to be amazing and communicated great.
