CARSTAR made the process smooth and simple. They had flexible time options and closed the gap on a lot of missing loops along the way! My car looks amazing and they even cleaned the inside for me before I got it back. They made sure they communicated with me the entire time and made sure there weren’t any surprises. My 2000 camry was totaled in an accident back in Nov 2023. I was instructed by my insurance to go to this location to have it assessed. The secretary was nice. They have excellent customer service and the staff make sure you're heard. Thank you for going above and beyond.
I will be totally honest in this review for those who are looking for someone to work on their car in port orchard Washington. I had my mirror of my tuck broken due to a simple error of mine and was anxious to get it fixed in a short amount of time as I need my truck for work. I looked around and saw that Carstar had decent reviews, not all were 5 stars which made it apparent that the reviews were real.
