The ONLY positive thing about an accident is CaRSTAR to repair my car ! They are so seamlessly perfect in customer service and quality of work . Work so well with Insurance Companies esp INTACT . Damage repaired and the bonus the inside was detailed and looks better than NEW !!!!
Charlie went above and beyond to make sure our car repair was done to perfection. Everything from the car drop off to the rental car and the final pick up. The car was cleaned and detailed like brand new after the repair. Charlie inspected the repairs personally to make sure everything was 100%. Highly recommend this shop for any collision repair.
Hope you are not in a hurry! My wife was involved in an accident early Nov 2024, we immediately started the process with the insurance co and Carstar to have the damage repaired on our 2021 Toyota Rav4. Luckily the car was still drivable. 3 months later (yes 3 months) the parts had arrived so we could start the repair process. Note that the RAV4 is assembled just a couple of hundred KM’s from here and that the overall body shape on the new models are the same so parts are readily available.
