Had the front end and few other parts on my vehicle replaced after hitting a coyote. Tonja and the Carstar team went above and beyond my expectations from arranging a car rental to topping off my windshield fluid reservoir! Highly recommend!

Very happy with the customer service and workmanship I have received from Tonia and her staff repairing my Mazda. Tonia has also been a great help in another matter where I needed advice - a second opinion- even when she wasn’t being compensated monetarily she took time out of her day twice to accommodate me. Where customer service seems to be lacking these days Tonia makes up for it.
This CARSTAR location was recommended to me by my mechanic. And now I know why there are such glowing reviews. I have a 10 year old car that needed a new windshield, a couple of rust repairs and new paint on my bumper. Tonja's knowledge and professionalism is a credit to this location. Her outgoing personality immediatley put me at ease and she efficiently prepared a work order for a very reasonable price. My car now looks like a brand new car, inside and out.
