I showed up at CARSTAR Pickering with a dead battery and zero expectations, but they completely turned my day around. Nataly and Karl were amazing: they ordered a new battery, installed it quickly, and made sure my car was safe to drive. It might not be their usual service, but they handled it with kindness, professionalism, and speed. Bonus: I got to hang out with their adorable shop dog, Sushi, while I waited! Carstar Pickering did some great work on 2 vehicles this past couple months and service was great. What was better, our second repair was being done while we were away and it was going to be delivered to our dwy a couple days after we left on vacation for a month, but after washing it they saw a leak in sunroof so not wanting to leave it for us to come home a month later to a soaked interior, they stored it for us in their shop. Thx to Carl and his staff.
Outstanding service and workmanship. The body repairs were completed to a very high standard, and the attention to detail was excellent. I was especially impressed that the team also cleaned my vehicle before returning it. Highly recommend this shop for their professionalism and quality results.
