I took my car into Carstar because it had recently been rear ended in a parking lot. I also decided to have some minor paint chips and scratches removed. The staff were amazing to deal with! I was told it would be ready in two weeks but they got it done in a week...amazing. The quality of the work is top notch. My car once again looks beautiful. Can't recommend these guys enough!
The young receptionist and her brother have the worst customer service skills. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please don't go to this location in Pickering the worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone worst customer service ever
