Carstar Perth recently replaced the rusted tailgate on our 15 year old SUV with a new one they'd sourced for us. Not only did they do a phenomenal job with installation and paint match, but they unexpectedly detailed our truck inside and out. Their skill and customer service is top notch and I'd highly recommend them.
ETA: the car ended up being totalled by insurance when a different body shop refused to touch it due to sloppy work and more pieces found broken that shouldn’t have been touched, period. *please note this is a 2 part review, as Carstar Brockville was also involved. Please see my review on them for their handy work that sent us to Perth. The team was highly attentive to my needs, returning my truck in pristine condition with flawless repairs completed ahead of schedule. Very satisfied with customer service and the repairs.
