I was very impress i went there for 2 different things and honnestly wowww very good services and on top of that i was going for a paint job and they cleaned all the inside of my car like a new one without fee or anything. Work done on the vehicle in a timely fashion, always greeted feeling welcomed. Go in the extra mile my van floors have been vacuumed my windows have been cleaned and the outside of my vehicle has also been cleaned.

I walked into carstar, and a very unfriendly woman with a clipped tone asked why I was there, I told her I had an appointment, she said for what, I replied because my vehicle was hit, and I’m here to get it looked at. I was in an accident that caused extensive damage to my car. The insurance had it towed to CARSTAR. They were quick to provide me and the insurance with an estimate and order the parts. The parts were backordered. I had to move a month after the accident. Everytime I called for an update, they were friendly and honest about the situation. The parts came in less than a week before I had to move. They were careful not to make any promises they couldn't keep. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was on a waitlist for 3 months before I was called to bring my car in for repairs. Was told my car would be ready on a certain day and it was not. Terrible service and it is a shame that it is the only place that insurance companies use as they are the worst in town.
