Our car was returned to us with the front bumper not matching the rest of the car. So we ended up having to bring it back for repainting. The young lady behind the desk gave my wife a ridiculous excuse about the color being off due to the sunlight. The splash guard behind the repaired axle was not replaced, even though it was part of the accident. I was given an excuse that it was no longer available per the manufacturer by the same young lady.
