just got my car back from here , rear bumper damage. Awesome staff and amazing work done , bumper looks brand new and they even vacuumed my carpets and a detail on this inside which was not expected at all. Highly recommend Carstar Orleans. Thanks again Carstar

Very pleased with my visit to CarStar. They are very professional, friendly, and did a great job on my car. Definitely recommended.
I had a great experience dealing with everyone. My car went in for a broken mirror caused by a hit and run. They did run into two hiccups, first being they found more damage and second a part they ordered arrived broken. They were 100% transparent with me and made this situation less stressful. I would 100% recommend getting work done here. To everyone remember things might take longer because of delivery times. Don’t blame CARSTAR blame the dealership and delivery driver.
