We were involved in a rear end collision so our insurance took care of the details. It took awhile to get in but our vehicle was perfectly drivable while we waited.Then there was a slight delay on a part but only a day or two delay. All in all service was great and the repair looks very good. They kindly took care of returning the loaner so much appreciated.
I stopped by for an estimate on my Honda Civic after an accident. I have to say that from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left, I felt welcomed and heard. Corina was super friendly and helpful while checking me in for my appointment and Ashley the estimator was super kind, informative, and gave me so much helpful advice. Stopped by CARSTAR Orleans to get a quote for fixing some roof damage on my truck, and I was really impressed with the service. Ashley was fantastic—friendly, professional, and took the time to explain my options, give me some advice annd make everything seem less . She made the whole experience quick and stress-free. I haven’t gone ahead with the repair as of yet, but the customer service alone makes me confident in choosing them when I have time to get this completed.
They were polite. The estimate was quick and accurate. The finished product looked great. I gave 4 stars due to price. I did get more than 1 estimate.
