I had a great experience working with the team at Carstar in Orillia. Christie took an initial look at my car and provided the quote then I met Ryan when I dropped the vehicle off. Finally, I dealt with Jill when it came time to pay and pick-up the vehicle. Everyone was very pleasant and very competent and I immediately knew that I was in good hands. When I picked up my car, it was cleaner than when I originally bought it! Thanks for a great experience Carstar!
The Carstar team were amazing. The front desk staff very cheery and helpful. And the technical staff did an amazing job of repairing the dent. BONUS: They detailed the car when I picked it up. Highly recommend using them if you require any body work.
In all of my lifetime, I have NEVER seen a car better detailed. The bodywork was phenomenal also.
