If you like poor customer service and workmanship, this is the place to go! Had an insurance repair done in the winter or 22’/23’ on a 2022 vehicle (which was a nightmare in itself dealing with this shop) And now what do you know, their repair work is already rusting thru as well as having noticeable bubbles in the paint. Of course they are taking zero responsibility claiming the rust is from “rock chips”…which is actually quite comical tbh CarStar is suppose to offer a lifetime warranty on their repairs. Had damage to my passenger door of my jeep and took my vehicle into them for repair. I was blown away when I picked it up last night. Right from first point of contact with Dakoda it was an amazing experience. Frank and his amazing staff have impressed me beyond belief. I can't say enough or thank them enough for the job they have done. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Thanks again guys for the amazing work you did and the customer service was far beyond my expectations.
Just got my car back. Only had it for 6 months before i got side swiped. Picked it up 8 days later and looks like new again. Great customer service and very happy with the outcome. I recommend them highly. They were also cheaper than 3 other places i got quotes from. Hopefully don't have to go back but if i need work done I'm using them again. Thanks Carstar Orangeville.
