Everyone here was pleasant and explained what the process would be for getting my car in and repaired. I was expecting it to be a week or longer, but I got a call that the car was done just two days later. When I picked it up, it had been cleaned inside and out. As an added bonus they also gave me a bottle of touch up paint, just in case. Service was above and beyond what I was expecting. I can see why my insurance company recommended them.
Got rear ended, went to carstar to get it fixed, showed them the damage and handed them the keys, 30min later i got picked up to get my rental at enterprize, week later truck was fixed, also recived paint chip repairs and half bottle of color matching touch up paint, also interior and exterior cleaning, i was very surprised by the detail they go to no matter how small the repair, and how seamless the experience was.
The actual body work seemed to look pretty good. Although, there was one glaring issue. After leaving the shop to get my tires switched over I felt some vibration and noises on the highway. The tire shop asked me If I had work done on the vehicle recently. It turned out the front tires were not torqued whatsoever after Carstar released the vehicle to me.
