The lady I spoke with was laughing at me as she’s telling me my car is a complete loss. Burnt to the ground. When I asked her what is so funny about me being out thousands of dollars she had no reply. 100% Ignorant Turns out they’re running a scam. Claiming they have had the car and are billing daily. When they actually don’t. Be aware !!! I should add, the 2nd lady I spoke with was much better
I can’t express how much I appreciate the gentleman that came and helped me, I’m pretty sure his name is gord. My little dog locked my door in my jeep at 1 am. They where so good about coming out and helping me after I called various companies with zero results.
Used them for an estimate on an insurance claim as they were a 'preferred shop'; the mechanic they sent out is either a scammer or incompetent. Do not recommend.
Somone opened their door into our car and left a nasty deep dent that thankfully was covered by insurance. Very happy with Jack's service. Our car door looks as good as new and it was as clean inside as the day we bought it. Special thanks to the cleaner, Lisa, who did an incredible job on detailing our car. We were amazed with the results.
