Brought a vehicle in to have rust repair done. Less the 8 months after rust came back in exactly the same spots. Called to ask about any sort or warranty on workmanship and was basicly told they wont touch it unless I pay them to redo it. Manager refused to get back to me and avoided me. Everywhere they touched on the vehicle has either started to peel or rust has come back in exactly the same spot. Not worth it if your paying out of pocket

Went in for an appraisal ten days ago. The guy was friendly and pleasant and all seemed well. Checked the insurance claim at the end of last week and no appraisal. Phoned this Carstar this am and they hadn't even sent the appraisal off to the insurance company, and had been sitting on it for nearly two weeks. It wouldn't have been so bad but for the fact that the guy who answered the phone wasn't even apologetic until challenged - i.e. went down the line of 'we're just sending that off now' or words to that effect. An amazing experience! From appointment set up, rental set up and completion of repairs days ahead of schedule, I can honestly say that Carstars made my unfortunate situation a pleasant experience. The staff are so professional and their customer service exceptional! Thank you!
