Had them repair two of my vehicles a scion tc and a chevy equinox. Taking the equinox back to them for a separate and recent accident. Only had one problem with them and it was a few fisheyes in the clear coat that were easily fixed. From the initial write up til final delivery, Josh and the team have been great. Being customer pay they worked with me on the pricing which I'm thankfuk for. I'm very pleased with their work and services and would use them for future bodywork needs
Had a cracked grill emblem on my Honda Passport. The people there were awesome and had me in and out in 15 minutes. Can't thank them enough for their excellent service!
Mr. Dru Owens is very helpful in explaining the insurance process, and how thing go, as far as getting my car fixed. He's very knowledgeable, patient. and honest, being in that industry that something you don't see very often. Thank again for all your help.
This is an A+ establishment. The work was quality and done in a timely matter. The staff was great, they stayed in contact through the whole process and was courteous and helpful. They also took care of my rental services which made the whole process even smoother. I highly recommend Carstar of Fairfield.
