We have not used a body shop before and when our van was hit in a parking lot, we finally had to get it repaired. We researched several places and CARSTAR was clearly the best choice based on reviews. They worked seamlessly with our insurance (Amica) and had our car back to looking like new. That were very nice and efficient. Their App keeped us informed as to the progress of the repairs. When all was completed the was beautiful and you could not see where the car was damaged.
CarStar in Kirkland is so communicative. I was thoroughly impressed with how often they communicated and provide updates stages of my repair. When they provided an estimated time of when the fix was to be completed they held to their promise and completed it on that day. You don’t find that level of service anymore. For any future needs, I’ll be sure to come to them
