Professional and very friendly made my bad situation much easier on me.
The Carstar staff was polite and friendly, though almost to an excessive degree. Since I had to pay for a rental car out of pocket, I asked if they could prioritize my prius. They provided updates every Tuesday and thursday, Which eased my nerves. In the end, I got my car back in two and a half weeks, and the workmanship was excellent it's clear that customer service is a top priority for Carstar.
