I keep hearing the Dingmans Collision Center commercial where they say "we work for you, the car owner". This is the opposite with Carstar Northwest. They actually even told me at one point that they "work for the insurance company, not me." I had several issues when I picked up my vehicle from Carstar Northwest. When my vehicle was wrecked, it was snowing. My car was covered with snow. I could not see all of the damage that was done. RecommendedCarstar Northwest has been amazing! I have had to take my car in twice in the past month for two separate incidents. They were polite, professional and super fast. Both times I was able to schedule and have my car in tip top shape within a week. They made the whole claim process a breeze as well! Highly satisfied customer and recommended!
I've used Carstar Northwest Omaha twice, and I've been very pleased both times. They were able to fix my car in a timely manner when other shops in town we're booked out for a month. Plus, both times, my car came back sparkling clean inside and out. :)
Carstar was extremely professional, easy to work with, communicated well through the process and delivered a great end result. We will be recommending them to our friends.
