My car was in an accident and Carstar Northeast did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. The excellent customer service I received put me at ease during a highly stressful experience.
There was an additional deep scratch that was next to the hood no dent that I asked for an estimate for.The numbers are high. They were already going to have the same paint and were painting the other side. The quote was for over $1100. I felt was way too high for the amount of work involved. I personally would never go back to them.
