My car was in an accident, and we took it to Carstar. The front needed to be repaired— body damage and potential radiator damage. When I got it back it physically looked fine but was not fixed! It overheated within 10 minutes of driving. I took it back to Carstar since I had a limited lifetime warranty on the repair, and they needed to do their job right. Carstar West Seneca totally made a bad situation into a seriously pleasant experience. Pleasant, helpful staff, clean comfortable surroundings, and first quality work. Very happy with the repair work done in my car and especially happy with the detailing done. My car never looked so good, inside and out. Thank you very much. Will definitelly refer to anyone in need of repair work.
I was very very pleased with the service, the staff, and the condition of my car when i went to pick it up. They kept me informed every step of the way and, as an added bonus, my car was fully cleaned inside and out! I don't think it has been this clean since I bought it!! Good people and good work!
I recently donated $120 to CarStar of Lee’s Summit for nothing really. I did not receive any service or any sort of repair. Because I rescheduled my appointment twice, they were not sympathetic to my concerns. I tried to cancel the repair the first time I rescheduled and they talked me out of it. I tried to cancel the second time as well but was told they had already ordered parts. If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Their initial estimate was one week to complete necessary repairs and they touted their customer communication. Conveniently, that estimated completion date came and went with zero communication. When asked about the complete lack of communication, their response “my bad.” One of the guys in the trailer tells us he is now shooting for Friday. Worst body shop six weeks to fix a car and way overpriced. I know you don’t know me, however trust me there are way better body shops out there.
Went to CARSTAR Oxford Ohio because they are a preferred shop for StateFarm and the only option for in person inspection, Kendra at CarStar removed the paint transfer against my wishes so StateFarm can later deny my claim saying there was no paint transfer. Carstar owner Mike had personally inspected the car and recommended repairs but Kenda later denied they ever provided an estimate which I have a copy of. She then insisted he was wrong about the damage and then refused to turn over the pictures she took prior to tampering... read more
