My car was in an accident, and we took it to Carstar. The front needed to be repaired— body damage and potential radiator damage. When I got it back it physically looked fine but was not fixed! It overheated within 10 minutes of driving. I took it back to Carstar since I had a limited lifetime warranty on the repair, and they needed to do their job right. However, they refused to abide by the warranty and would only complete the repair (that my insurance company and I had paid them to do) if I gave them more money!!! Shoddy ... read more
