Driving on Oregon Rt. 18 between Lincoln City and McMinnville a truck, which had just pulled out of a side road, passed me going in the opposite direction. I could see stones bouncing on the road behind the truck. Just as the truck and I passed each other I heard a loud bang. I held my breath, waiting to see a crack form on the windshield.
