Somehow staff here just couldn't figure out how to file a supplemental claim for my insurance, and were condecending and hung up on me when I called after waiting almost a week for follow up, eventually blaming the delay on my insurance company.
Very satisfied with the repair done and impressed with the explanations given before and after the repair. I won't hesitate to recommend CARSTAR Newport.
There's nothing fun or enjoyable about being involved in a car accident - especially when it's the other driver's fault. But taking my car to Carstar for repairs was a wise choice.
