Friendly people they will be fixing my car.
If there was an option for 10 stars I would have given 10. From the moment I walked in to their front door to get an estimate I was treated like I was important to them and not JUST a number. When they called to say the part was in and they were ready to start the job they said "and we have your loaner car ready". What! Who provides a loaner car anymore and without me even asking. Love this car repair shop! They fix it - you love it! Or at least, I did. They did a beautiful job on my car and they too are tucked away in the middle of nowhere. But easy to get to down 12th St and a right on 4th Ave. And with a conscience! I wanted to buy the Ford Focus loaner they gave me and was told it had transmission problems, and they wouldnt sell it to me. What a stand-up ethic! Would more businesses were this honest! They saved me a load of heartache and money. Thank you, New West Auto Collision.
