Overall this was a great experience. This was for a windshield replacement covered by insurance. I only paid the deductible directly to Uniglass. After contacting them they got me an appointment in three business days. They performed the work on time and without any fuss. Unfortunately it rained that night and I found water on the dashboard. Wow. Such good reviews ! Sure wasn’t the service I got! Can’t answer the phone, when they actually do, no promised call back, got my car back with BSD system not working which they blamed on a collision I never had. Since mine was vandalized sitting in my yard, poor service , poor communication. Best 2 visits I ever had. First and the last
