We had our vehicle in to Carstar to be repaired after our accident on Oct 20. They were great to deal with and very patient as I may have called a few times to inquire on when it would be ready. We travel a lot this time of year for basketball and with winter approaching, I was a bit anxious about driving a rental with no winter tires. They were very understanding and made sure we had our vehicle back just before our first big storm and even installed our winter tires free of charge. It looked good as new.
