Received great service in a timely fashion. Bonnie at reception was personable and great to deal with. I appreciate that the work done comes with a lifetime warranty. I had to pay my insurance deductible but the overall price came out at less than I thought it would. Thank you again to the great team at carstarr in New Glasgow!
I have to say one of the worst experiences dealing with this outfit. No communication, rudeness when you do call , our vehicle was in for an insurance claim at no fault of ours. When we received it back there were several incomplete repairs. I might add it wasn’t if they didn’t have time , they had our car for six months .
Very friendly and helpful staff that go above and beyond for the customer. The work completed to my suv was spectacular. Thanks again! Mk
A fantastic CUSTOMER SERVICE experience from the CENTENNIAL CARSTAR team👍Excellent communication, timely quotation for suggested repairs. A very fair and competitive price for estimate. My expectations were exceeded : we will be returning for " fit and finish " tweaks on another vehicle. We highly reccomend this team; and Thank them for repairing our car to it's previous state. Keep up the good work!
Just picked my truck up today from here! When chatting about minor things upon pickup, great service and help! Was recommended to come here by family and I'm very impressed with the results! Thank you!
