Chris was great - consistent and timely updates by text and phone - the work was done on time and the car looks great - like it never happened!
I was fortunate to find Carstar! I've had body work done at other locations and it was good work, but Carstar was exceptional work! You don't want to consider any place else!
The team was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. From the young lady at the front desk to the gentleman who guided me through the post-repair inspection, every interaction was excellent.
UPDATED September 2025 Unfortunately/Fortunately back again! This time one of my neighbors hit my parked truck and when the insurance company asked me where I would like to go for body repair I told them MVP. I trust them wholeheartedly with my truck and once all of the work was completed you could not tell anything had happened to it. The process was easy.
