The customer service was very good, no complaints with setting up a time to drop my car off and communication. My biggest complaint with this place was the quality of repairs, the body work and paint was really good! No complaints there! However I had a few issues. 1st was the repair quality of my rear view mirror, it looked like the mirror was cobbled together just with glue rather than being properly installed. CARSTAR MVP FARMERS have an amazing customer service and experience! They kept me informed and update with every step of the process. Jocelyn and Max were amazing, friendly and professional and walked through the process you with. The repairs on my vehicle were like there was no damage to my car. It was amazing the outcome!!!
