I am extremely disappointed with the way Car star handled my call. She was aggressive in her tone and kept pushing me about arranging a rental car, which is not even within her area of responsibility. Instead of listening or trying to assist, she became confrontational. To make matters worse, she abruptly hung up the phone while I was still speaking. I had a great customer service experience. Also, repair was fast. A highly recommended workshop.
These guys are absolutely amazing. They go over and above what was expected.Had a glass issue. Was fixed same day had a back latch issue. Fixed same day plus a full detail on my car. I was ecstatic. I highly recommend the service this company provides. Very friendly staff and complementary cappuccino!!! Five stars all the way.
