I had a fantastic experience taking my 2019 Ford Ranger to Carstar Mission! I think there are so many things that go into making an exceptional business: customer service, quality workmanship, and communication! I just had an absolutely wonderful experience at Raydar Autobody Shop. While I was there asking for a quote, one young gentlemen took the time to manually align parts of my car right on the spot—by hand, no tools, no fuss. And he didn’t charge me a cent. It’s rare to come across that kind of genuine care and honesty. I’m truly thankful for his kindness, and I can’t recommend Raystar enough. If you’re looking for any kind of repair work, this is the place to go.
Would like to start by saying the staff are incredibly nice, very friendly, very professional and courteous. Five stars there. But three stars because post-repair, I've had a less than ideal experience. Took my car in for a parking lot incident in where the tire got torn open, which really bites because I had just purchased them a few months back, wheel was gouged, bumper scuffed up good, and my front plastic cooling duct got messed up pretty bad, requiring replacement. This happened 3 years ago but I just realized the company replied- old message- but I stumbled upon this shop having a 4 star review which is very much undeserved. I came in with ICBC when I was rear ended, all it needed was to get a dent out and to paint some scratches on the tire cover and replace the latch on it. They never replaced the latch, they just took it off because the tire cover wouldn’t come off without it, and the tire cover flew off while on the highway a week later, luckily it didn’t hit anybody.
