Couldn't be better. 1. Professional courteous 2. Needed a mirror replaced and they did it CHEAPER than promised and early enough to go to my appointment
Had a loose/broken driver side o/s mirror. Stopped by shop, mechanic taped mirror to make it secure so I could continue to use car until they searched for part for 2013 Ford Escape. They found one a couple of days later, gave me an estimate and called when part was in. They needed to repaint to match car color too. When I brought car in, a 45 minute repair and final price $200 less than originally quoted. I hope I don't need to go back but if auto body work ever needed again, it will be first place I go.
