Excellent experience with the staff. Communication was professional and consistent. Rental car was set up and the work on the repair was great.

I was taken by these guys. Had a bumper replaced and it comes with lifetime warranty if paint chips. Well mine is peeling off and it’s apparent that no primer was used but that didn’t matter because he said that there was damage to the bumper which compromised the paint job. The light scratch he referred to was in the middle front bumper, but under the wheel well was apparently also compromised according to him. The fact remains, NO PRIMER WAS USED. It has been a wonderful experience dealing with the ladies at the customer service area. They were so nice, polite and helpful. They gave me a car rental that I enjoyed driving while my car was at shop. Car body repair specialists made us very happy with the job they have done. Car looked clean and shiny like never before.
