My car looked absolutely fantastic after the repairs were completed and the inside was cleaned as well. Great job Car Star, amazing staff all round.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this car workshop. The entire repair process was frustratingly slow—waiting one month just for them to order the parts, followed by 22 more days to complete the actual repairs. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially when clear communication and efficiency should be a priority. To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. Terrible customer service
I been there twice in a past and there was no issues with there services but today when I call at store the unprofessional csr women was very rude and hang up the call… terrible customer service…..definitely not going there anymore just because there staff.
