Carstar Midland took care of the insurance damage appraisal and did the repairs on my SUV. While it took almost a week for our car to begin getting assessed, the repair itself took about 2 weeks once parts arrived and you could tell the level of detail technicians had when diagnosis issues/damage and outlining the repairs. Staff were always happy to give an update when I asked and answer my questions. Coordinating pick up with a business that's not open on weekends or late on weekdays is tough when you live far away. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this car workshop. The entire repair process was frustratingly slow—waiting one month just for them to order the parts, followed by 22 more days to complete the actual repairs. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially when clear communication and efficiency should be a priority. To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible.
