I took my 2023 Toyota Highlander to CARSTAR metro Collision of Fairfax after I collided with another vehicle and damaged a side view mirror. The interior parts of the mirror were dangling from the housing, so it looked like the entire mirror would have to be replaced at a cost of about $1900. I was prepared to pay this amount, but Alex said he would first try to reassemble the dangling parts. Had a nice experience here! They were easy to reach and very kind. They even did a full vacuum of my car before I picked it up! Repair looks great.
This is the second time I have used CARSTAR Metro Collision. Everyone I worked with was transparent, professional and communicative. The proactive updates were appreciated. My vehicle was completed in a reasonable timeframe and when I picked it up, it was cleaner than when I brought it in. All around a great experience for a not so great situation to be in, in the first place.
This business is a circus. You have 5 clowns all sitting in one musty office together. Whenever someone walks in, they all look at each other like they have no clue what's going on. They just say sign this document saying you authorize them to do anything on your vehicle. You ask them a question about the form, and they get stuck on loading..... These clowns literally don't know their own job. I would never let anyone from this shop touch my vehicle. Simple body work could turn left quickly with these clowns. They really don... read more
