Worst customer service as far as the estimators go. I was sent there from the insurance company to get an estimate because CarStar is their preferred body shop. I am not forced to get my car fixed there. They tried to get me to sign a waiver stating that I would get the repairs done there and that the insurance check be sent to them. After I refused to sign the waiver, Matt (one of the estimates) refused to do an estimate. I brought my car in after a collision and they were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process of trying to get parts during the holidays. They also helped me with an issue I found from prior work with no hassle.
