Not the first time they’ve repaired my vehicles and they’ve done a great job this time too! On a Tesla no less!

The service provided was handled with utmost professionalism and expertise. Furthermore, I was impressed by the clear communication and transparency throughout the process. Overall, the car repair shop provided an outstanding service.
I’m changing my review. The repair job looked like it was done beautifully in the beginning, but as time wears on.. The paint is bubbling and you can tell where all of the damage was. It’s warped. Not happy
Update: corners were cut where they shouldn't have been. Wires cut and then soldered back together, this was discovered by the car dealership when in for service. Unacceptable practice. The only reason I still give 2 stars is because Carstar did make it right when I confronted them on this. (A few years back they handled a hail claim of mine and more recently repaired damage from a fender bender. The staff are fantastic Betty and Zoey were the front line persons I dealt with.
