Marcos and his team at carstar in Elgin went above and beyond in helping fix our car. The original repair shop did not properly fix the vehicle. However, this Elgin location surpassed our expectations. We are very pleased with the entire staff. They worked well with the insurance and rental company to make the process smooth. The work done on the car was excellent. Amazing costumer service. Highly recommend.

McGrath Elgin Nissan gave me this location to paint match parts. First encounter with them they told me that they DO in fact paint match and I need to bring the vehicle that the parts were going to be put on to. I took the parts in my truck. 2nd encounter I bring the parts WITH the vehicle that the parts were going to be placed on.
